A 4 week Series for those just starting out or for those looking to refine their practice.
Led by Karin Oakes, this series is a great way for those new to yoga to build a solid foundation for practice. This will be a 4 week series where students will learn the foundational poses of yoga, breath work, meditation while moving mindfully into and through postures.
Not a beginner? Come with a beginners mind and refine your practice! There are always new things to learn. You will have the space to notice the nuances that will illuminate your practice!
