Restorative with Meditation
Comfortable, supported postures, and therapeutic breathing techniques - combine to rejuvenate and deeply relax your body and release residual tension. Peaceful, calming, and nurturing. All levels welcome.
Fundamental postures and breath work that introduce the principles of: foundation, alignment, and focus. Great for those who are new to yoga. All levels welcome. Chairs are available as well!
Yin Yoga offers great balance to more active practices and sports, to help improve and maintain our bones, joints and connective tissues. In this class you will relax, soften the muscle and bring deep attention to the body and breath, holding each posture for 2 to 7 minutes while basking in Christian music, scripture and prayer.
You’ll feel a more intimate connection with the sensations of your body and your interior self. Over time you may notice greater strength, flexibility and stamina; mental stability, decreased stress, along with a greater ability to sit comfortably for meditation or prayer.
(This class is currently a Yin Yoga Vespers Series. It is open to all levels at anytime. There is no additional fee for this offering.)
Get energized while you build strength and flexibility, confidence and focus. This somewhat upbeat practice, links breath and movement while keeping you present as you move actively, but gracefully though poses. You will finish in a restful, soul-centering place. All levels welcome.
Open to all levels of practice and abilities and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This soothing, gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga postures while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. Our yoga meditation is not about emptying our minds, rather, it is a way to be still in the presence of the Spirit of God within us.
Our barre class starts with a mat-based warm-up that includes planks, push-ups and arm exercises. We will then move to the barre with a lower-body section to work calves, thighs and glutes. Finally, you will finish with a core-focused series followed by a cool down with light-stretching. This class is choreographed to up tempo music that is sure to be fun and encouraging!
Introspective slow movements linking breath with motion. Slow enough for all levels while giving the most advanced student the opportunity to deepen and grow their practice. This class assumes some basic knowledge of poses. Slow is not easy. This class will still focus on strength, depth and perseverance. If you are brand new to yoga, try at least one Level 1 class first.
Just what it says! This is a combination class that ends with Restorative postures.

Some passes do expire; check the SCHEDULE to be sure you can get the most out of your plan, within its respective time frame. Apologies in advance - we cannot transfer credits once passes expire.

Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to the start of class. Please use the parking lot entrance to access the studio. In order to honor our clients' time, the entrance door will be locked before class, so that we may begin our practice promptly.
